Raytheon is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Program Integrator to support our Asia Pacific Patriot Portfolio, spanning Korea, Taiwan, and Japan. In this role, you will be a key member of the Asia Pacific program leadership team partnering closely with program managers, functional leaders, and key stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable program and portfolio level experience and exposure for candidates seeking to grow their career in Program Management.
You will directly support the Program Area Director in driving the overall business cadence for the portfolio, ensuring all requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools. Additionally, you will contribute to future business growth by supporting FMS and DCS proposal efforts as needed across the portfolio.
What You Will Do
  • Coordinate and manage monthly business operations reviews, quarterly business reviews, staffing assessments, core project management activities, action item tracking and closure, and other tasks essential to effective business execution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enable efficient planning, communication, and execution of program activities
  • Identify and implement key metrics and drive corrective actions as required
  • Support customer program reviews, stakeholder meetings and prepare for customer visits
  • Collaborate across all Programs, IPTs and CPTs and establish working relationships with functional team members in contracts, finance, planning, engineering, supply chain, quality, digital technologies, and in-country teams
  • Expected to support domestic and/or international travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
  • Program/project management experience
  • Leadership experience within a defense or aerospace business
  • Risk and opportunity management, financial controls, and cross-functional leadership experience
  • Experience with proposal activities

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Program Management certification, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with senior leadership, international customers, and government stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and deliver outcomes with minimal oversight

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
