Job description


A global banking corporation is searching for a Japanese-English bilingual associate to manage CMS products in New York. Due to expansion in the Transaction Banking Department (TRBD), they aim to expand the New York team. As aCMS Product Development Manager (Associate), your role will involve creating worldwide cash management products, alongside local CMS products. You'll be overseeing important projects, working with various stakeholders across the bank, and implementing the product plan to achieve their business goals.
Goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business, operations, technology, and head office departments in Japan, to improve global cash management products.
  • Offer product guidance and resolutions to sales, implementation, and client service teams.
  • Create and deliver executive product updates, incorporating performance metrics, delivery status, and roadmap progress.
  • Implement the product vision, considering the entire user experience, and direct the comprehensive testing strategy as required.

Requirements
  • Over 3 years of experience in either the IT or banking sector.
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese is preferred.
  • In this role, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, necessitating strong relationship-building skills across the business and the ability to communicate and simplify complex issues.
