Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • As Director of Human Resources, you will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that support White Lodging's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of qualified individuals who contribute to the hotel's success.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by managing associate relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure the adoption and utilization of performance management systems to evaluate associate performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for development.
  • Follow White Lodging compensation plans and ensure the hotel remains competitive in the market by completing market analysis regularly.
  • Deliver White Lodging training programs to enhance associate skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
  • WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Certification in Human Resources preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, etc.)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with fellow associates and leaders.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Competencies required for this role include creating a service reputation, driving for results, guiding team success, building talent, execution, and planning & organizing.
