The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of experience in a similar role at another design firm or as in‑house creative leadership for an individual institution.

Taylor Studios hires candidates who demonstrate effective time management, thoughtful acceptance of constructive criticism, persistence, curiosity, active learning, and big‑picture conceptual thinking with a keen eye for detail and organization.

Benefits
  • 401(k)
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
