The Art Director, Web & E-Commerce for KISS Colors & Care brands is responsible for leading and executing digital creative direction, web design, and e-commerce content development across DTC websites, Amazon, Walmart, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing channels. This manager-level role combines strong hands-on design execution with art direction, cross-functional collaboration, brand consistency, and creative optimization to deliver high-quality, commercially effective digital assets that support brand and business objectives.Job Description:

Essential Functions

Manage and execute digital creative direction and web design responsibilities to support departmental and organizational objectives, including website content updates, promotional asset creation, digital campaign materials, and e-commerce content development.

Plan, design, and art direct web pages, landing pages, banners, promotional materials, and digital campaigns for DTC, email, SMS, paid ads, and social platforms.

Develop and maintain high-quality e-commerce creative assets for Amazon, Walmart, and other retail platforms, including hybrid images, A+ content, infographics, banners, premium content, and digital merchandising assets.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Unit, Social, E-Commerce, Multimedia, Developers, and external partners, to ensure smooth workflow, accurate execution, and timely delivery of assets.

Monitor and maintain brand consistency across DTC, Amazon, Walmart, and other digital channels.

Analyze creative performance, apply insights, and support AI-driven creative enhancement, workflow improvement, and digital content optimization to improve design quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Participate in meetings, briefings, photoshoots, creative reviews, and trainings as needed.

Provide internal client and team support while ensuring accuracy of project documentation, asset organization, and workflow tracking.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related field - Required

8-10 years of Digital Design, Web Design, E-Commerce Creative, Art Direction, or related design experience - Required

Beauty, Cosmetics, Consumer Goods, Retail, or E-Commerce industry background - Preferred

Strong hands-on design skills with the ability to provide art direction across digital, web, promotional, and e-commerce creative

Experience with website design, digital asset development, Amazon/Walmart content creation, A+ content, promotional creative, and digital merchandising assets

Strong understanding of web layout, UX design, wireframing, responsive design, digital content hierarchy, and digital optimization strategies

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of Figma, CMS platforms, or other digital design and web tools - Preferred

Experience using AI tools to support creative development, image enhancement, workflow efficiency, or content optimization - Preferred

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Strong creative judgment, strategic thinking, and execution skills

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
