Restaurant managers are responsible for every aspect of the hiring process for all of their employees including interviewing, hiring, and training. They are also responsible for foodservice and administrative duties.

Restaurant Managers are responsible for maintaining a productive working environment for the staff, guest satisfaction, handling guest complaints, assisting in maintaining food costs, labor costs, and liquor costs, daily operations, facility standards, and POS systems

Restaurant Managers report to the general manager and help oversee the day-to-day activities in the restaurant to keep things running smoothly.
