Job brief:
As an Executive Assistant at The Weather Company, you will go beyond traditional administrative support. You will join a tight-knit, high-impact "pod" of three, where your technical curiosity and emotional intelligence (EQ) will help redefine executive operations during a major organizational transformation.
The impact you'll make:
  • Strategic Logistics & Calendar Management: Manage high-complexity scheduling, travel arrangements, and incoming communications for senior leaders with obsessive attention to detail and flawless execution
  • AI-Driven Workflow Optimization: Proactively utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot, Claude Code) to automate administrative tasks, draft communications, and identify process improvements across workflows
  • Comprehensive Meeting & Event Oversight: Coordinate all aspects of meetings and company events-including agendas, minutes, follow-up action items, catering, and ensuring technology and logistics are seamlessly arranged
  • High-Level Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including board members and partners, while collaborating with the leadership team to support company goals
  • Administrative & Financial Stewardship: Prepare executive-level documents and presentations, manage vendor lists and budgets, and maintain secure, up-to-date records
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain and update sensitive files and company documents while handling all confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Team Support & Adaptability: Partner closely with the Executive Assistant team to handle diverse tasks-from high-level project coordination to tactical team needs-with a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you've accomplished:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred; or commensurate experience
  • 5+ years executive assistant experience supporting C-level leaders
  • Demonstrable experience and high curiosity in using AI tools to enhance productivity and automate manual tasks
  • Expert proficiency in Google Suite software and communication tools
  • Proven ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and calibrate support styles for diverse leadership personalities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills combined with strong customer service
  • Discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to be nimble and flexible to shift focus as needs arise
