Job Description
The Account Coordinator would help assist the 50+ local media sales channel partners. The role would report directly to the Director of Local Sales Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work hand-in-hand with the Sales Channel Partner Managers to ensure all markets handled have TWC top of mind among all solutions pitched
- Assist with market launch materials
- Proactively provide screenshots of campaigns to partners
- Respond to ad hoc requests for client reports
- Continuously update sales collateral including category decks, inventory and site repositories
- Answer incoming calls for sales support with questions on the self-service portal and proactively send any higher revenue potential leads to mid-market or local market partners.
- Provide support and constant communication as Sales Channel Partner Managers are traveling and in-market with partners.
Qualifications
Education, Experience, Certification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Internship with advertising agency or digital business preferred.
- Experienced Salesforce user
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent command of the English language, spelling and grammar.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Solid presentation skills.
- Experience using multi-media tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent PowerPoint Skills.
