What You'll Do
You'll be the go-to expert for customers across your region-diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining highly specialized truck-mounted equipment. Most work is performed on customer sites, with occasional shop support.
In this role, you'll:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain
Bucket trucks / aerial devices
Digger derricks
Truck-mounted cranes (LMI & CAN-bus systems)
Hydraulic utility equipment & major components
Heavy- and light-duty truck chassis, diesel, and electrical systems
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and on-site diagnostics
Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and repair orders
Use laptops and diagnostic software to identify issues
Complete documentation accurately (repair orders, timecards, inspection forms)
Communicate with customers and CTOS teams to minimize downtime
Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Participate in ongoing CTOS and manufacturer training
Travel within and occasionally beyond your assigned territory

Requirements

5+ years of related experience (field or shop tech)
Valid driver's license (CDL Class B preferred)
Must provide your own mechanic tools
Proficiency using documentation software and managing time effectively
