The Role

Work Model: Onsite

Work Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4x10 Schedule)

Please note: Supervisors rotate Monday coverage once per month. During the rotation week, the selected supervisor will work a five-day schedule instead of the standard four-day workweek.

Summary / Primary Role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, freight staging, inventory coordination, and employee supervision. This role ensures operational efficiency, safety compliance, and excellent customer service while supporting the timely movement of freight throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in fast-paced cross-dock and LTL transportation environments.

We are seeking an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in fast-paced logistics operations and enjoys coaching teams while driving operational excellence.

Warehouse Operations & Freight Coordination
  • Supervise daily shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, and freight staging activities.
  • Ensure freight moves efficiently through the warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational productivity.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead warehouse associates by assigning work, managing schedules, approving timecards, and coaching employees.
  • Train team members on company procedures, operational standards, and safety expectations.
Safety, Quality & Facility Management
  • Promote a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct facility inspections, maintain warehouse organization utilizing 5S principles, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.

What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of four years of warehouse experience required.
  • Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience required.
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, freight coordination, and warehouse operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Forklift operation experience required.
  • Experience within logistics, transportation, warehouse, or distribution industries preferred.

Must-Have Experience
  • Previous experience working in an LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) or LPL trucking/logistics environment is required.
  • Experience working in a cross-dock warehouse where freight is moved efficiently rather than stored long-term.
  • Experience supervising an outbound shipping dock, including loading and unloading trailers.
  • Certified forklift operator with experience operating forklifts safely in a high-volume warehouse.
  • Strong understanding of 5S principles and warehouse organization.
  • Experience staging freight, handling shipping documentation, and coordinating outbound shipments.
  • Ability to lead warehouse teams while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Base Pay Range: $75,000–$82,000 annually
