Job description

Description
We're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Production Lead to oversee and coordinate daily production operations from start to finish. In this role, you'll plan, organize, and execute production activities to ensure orders are completed efficiently, meet quality standards, and ship on time.
As a key leader on the floor, you'll guide and train team members, enforce safety and operational standards, and keep everyone aligned on goals and expectations. You'll take ownership of scheduling, troubleshooting production challenges, and maintaining smooth workflow across all processes. From performing equipment safety checks to supporting specialized tasks like asset tagging, laser etching, and product preparation, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality results.

Essential Functions
  • Responsible for planning and performing daily production activities.
  • Conducts daily safety checks on equipment
  • Verifies that outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards
  • Regularly informs and updates members of rules, regulations and objectives
  • Schedules and performs production operations.
  • Trains and supervises other members of the production team.
  • Investigates and resolves any production related issues.
  • Assists with other tasks as needed such as pre wiring carts, white gloving, asset tagging, green boxing and laser etching
  • Maintains knowledge of the processes and equipment used throughout the production process.
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Thorough understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, production operations and machinery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing priorities and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
  • Ability to work independently

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Physical Requirements
