Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a range of ultrasound studies including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
  • Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, providing clear and compassionate explanations
  • Work hand in hand with radiologists and referring doctors to obtain high-quality diagnostic results
  • Manage ultrasound equipment with care and report any issues swiftly
  • Document examinations thoroughly and maintain precise electronic patient records
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of ultrasound technologies and best practices
Educational Background
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or closely related discipline
  • Completion of CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly desirable
Required Certifications
  • Active certification with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is a plus
