Paid Media Manager, Analytics

As a Paid Media Manager, Analytics at Zeno, you will lead measurement and analytics programs that support paid, earned and integrated communications campaigns. Working closely with account teams, media specialists and clients, you will help translate complex data into clear insights, shape measurement strategies and demonstrate the impact of communications efforts.

This role is ideal for an analytically minded professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to lead analytics initiatives, mentor junior team members and help advance innovative approaches to measurement, reporting and performance optimization.

About the Role:

  • Measurement Strategy & Analytics Leadership: Develop measurement frameworks and analytics strategies that align with client objectives, campaign goals and business priorities.

  • Performance Analysis & Insight Development: Analyze multi-channel performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve communications and marketing outcomes.

  • Reporting & Data Visualization: Lead the development of dashboards, reports and visualizations that communicate performance clearly and support data-informed decision-making.

  • Client Partnership & Strategic Guidance: Serve as a trusted analytics partner to account teams and clients, helping interpret results, answer measurement questions and support strategic planning.

  • Project Management & Operational Excellence: Manage analytics projects from scoping through delivery, coordinating resources, timelines and priorities while ensuring quality and consistency.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and support analysts, helping strengthen technical skills, analytical thinking and professional growth.

  • Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Explore new measurement approaches, AI-enabled tools and analytical methodologies that improve reporting efficiency, insight generation and client outcomes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with media, research, digital and account teams to develop integrated measurement solutions and advance analytics capabilities across the agency.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, insights, paid media analytics or communications analytics within an agency, consulting or client-service environment.

  • Experience leading analytics projects from strategy and planning through delivery and reporting.

  • Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts and supporting team development.

  • Advanced proficiency with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating client-ready deliverables.

  • Experience working with paid media analytics platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 or similar tools.

  • Strong understanding of communications and marketing measurement frameworks.

  • Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources to create cohesive performance views.

  • Familiarity with statistical methods such as segmentation, correlation and regression analysis.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly to a variety of audiences.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and disciplines.

  • Curiosity about emerging analytics technologies, automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting integrated communications or public relations measurement programs.

  • Experience developing automated dashboards or reporting solutions.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD/yr.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
