Summary:

As a Front Office Host/Night Auditor, you play a key role in creating a welcoming first impression and delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout each stay.
The Front Office Host/Night Auditor is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This position specifically works the overnight shift, hours range from 10:30pm to 8am. Open availability is essential to support operational needs.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor. Responsibilities during overnight shifts include balancing daily financial transactions and preparing reports.
This position requires continuous standing, frequent use of computer systems, and interaction with guests and colleagues. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:
  • Greet guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures
