Job description

Customer Service & Wellness Associate

Location: Pleasantville, NY

Company: IV Nutrition

Schedule: Part Time/Full Time -  40hs/wk

 The Opportunity

Are you tired of the grueling, late-night hours of traditional hospitality? Or perhaps you love the luxury environment of a med-spa but want to pivot into the booming world of health and longevity?

We are looking for a high-energy, charismatic Customer Service & Wellness Associate to be the face of our boutique IV Nutrition clinic in the heart of Westchester County. You will bridge the gap between hospitality and healthcare — running the front of house, curating the luxury client experience, and driving clinic growth through membership and package sales. You’ll work alongside an elite team of Registered Nurses in a beautiful, low-stress, wellness-focused environment.

 Why Join Us? (The Perks)
  • Competitive Pay: $23 – $28/hour base pay (depending on experience).
  • Uncapped Commission: Earn commissions on every sale, plus bonuses, plus tip pool participation.
  • True Work-Life Balance: 8am-6pm shifts (reduced hours on weekends). No late nights and predictable scheduling.
  • Wellness Perks: $150 monthly service credit toward services/products + 50% employee discount ($300 / month value)
  • Prime Location: Located in the vibrant, walkable downtown of Pleasantville — steps from the Metro-North station, local fitness studios, and great dining.
 What You’ll Do
  • Own the Vibe: Welcome clients with a warm, high-end hospitality approach. Manage the seamless check-in, check-out, and booking flows using our digital EMR system.
  • Drive Wellness Growth: Actively educate clients on our drip menus, pitch customizable packages, and enroll clients into our monthly health memberships.
  • Support the Clinical Team: Keep the front lobby pristine, assist nurses with hospitality elements (offering premium water/tea to lounging clients), and manage daily admin tasks/inventory.
  • Build Relationships: Follow up with past clients via phone/text to secure re-bookings and cultivate a tight-knit community of local regulars.
 Who You Are
  • The Hospitality Aura: You have 1–3 years of experience in a high-end med-spa, boutique fitness studio, luxury retail, or premium hospitality/restaurant environment.
  • A Natural Closer: You don't shy away from sales. You genuinely enjoy connecting people with products that improve their lives, and you love hitting targets.
  • A Detail-Oriented Multitasker: You can gracefully handle a ringing phone, an arriving client, and a retail checkout simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
  • Wellness Minded: You live a healthy lifestyle and are genuinely excited to learn and talk about the benefits of micronutrients, hydration, and cellular wellness.
 The Reality Check

This is not a passive "receptionist" role where you just sit behind a desk and scroll social media. You are the heartbeat of the clinic's revenue and client retention. If you aren't comfortable initiating conversations, proactively talking about pricing, or inviting a client to join a monthly membership, this won't be the right fit. But if you love people, love sales, and want a stable, upscale career path in the wellness industry—we can't wait to meet you.
