Position Summary...Our team oversees the global management of Workday Compensation and Absence modules for over one million associates at Walmart, ensuring accurate and compliant structures, plans, and configurations. We support daily operations and promptly address issues within these modules. The team adapts configurations and integrations to meet evolving business requirements and market conditions, enhancing Compensation and Absence programs worldwide. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, we deliver effective solutions that align with business strategies while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. What you'll do... The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
