We are seeking an energetic, creative, and relationship-driven Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator to help expand our brand presence, strengthen guest loyalty, and support growth through strategic outreach and promotional initiatives.

Position Overview

The Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Valentino Ristorante Italiano’s marketing, guest relations, promotional outreach, and community engagement efforts. This individual will help drive brand awareness, enhance the guest experience, build local partnerships, and support events and promotional campaigns that increase visibility and guest traffic.

This is an ideal role for someone who is creative, organized, personable, and passionate about hospitality, marketing, and community relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Promotional Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Valentino Ristorante Italiano’s menu offerings, seasonal specials, events, and promotions
  • Support social media marketing efforts, including content coordination, promotional messaging, and campaign engagement
  • Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, community announcements, and event marketing collateral
  • Help track the effectiveness of promotional initiatives and marketing campaigns

Guest Relations & Experience

  • Support guest follow-up communication to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat visits
  • Assist in gathering guest feedback through surveys, direct outreach, and engagement initiatives
  • Help identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and overall dining experiences
  • Coordinate guest appreciation and loyalty-building initiatives

Survey Collection & Data Analysis

  • Collect, organize, and analyze customer feedback, survey responses, and guest insights
  • Maintain accurate tracking systems for promotional campaigns, outreach efforts, and guest engagement initiatives
  • Prepare summaries or recommendations based on guest feedback and campaign performance

Event Outreach & Community Engagement

  • Support promotional outreach for restaurant events, special dining experiences, private events, and community initiatives
  • Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, schools, community groups, and event partners
  • Assist in identifying partnership opportunities that increase brand visibility and guest traffic
  • Represent Valentino Ristorante Italiano at networking events, community activities, and promotional opportunities when appropriate

Organizational & Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized records of partnerships, outreach contacts, campaign calendars, and event planning activities
  • Assist in coordinating timelines, communications, and logistics related to marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Support ongoing community engagement strategies and brand development efforts

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in marketing, hospitality, guest relations, customer service, event coordination, or community outreach preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable building relationships with guests, local businesses, and community organizations
  • Social media familiarity (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
