Travel Security Manager

We are seeking a highly organized Travel Security Manager to support Deloitte's travel risk management program and help protect professionals traveling domestically and internationally. You will join a team of innovative, experienced individuals who are passionate about their work.

Work you'll do

As a Travel Security Manager on the Office of Security team, you will be responsible for supporting Deloitte's travel risk management program and helping protect professionals traveling domestically and internationally.

  • Manage high-risk, restricted, and cyber-restricted travel review processes, including traveler communications, approvals, and follow-up
  • Maintain tracking tools and records for destination-based travel reviews, briefings, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with travelers, Business Risk Leaders, the Global Security Office, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve open items
  • Support traveler briefings, guidance, and escalation handling for first-time travelers and special-risk destinations
  • Monitor travel-related incidents, identify potentially impacted travelers, update destination guidance and resources, and respond to travel security inquiries

The team partners across the organization to manage risk, respond to incidents, and provide practical guidance on security matters, including business travel. Qualifications

Required:

  • US citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in travel security, corporate security, international security, risk management, crisis management, or emergency management
  • Experience supporting travel security, travel risk management, or destination-based security review processes
  • Experience maintaining tracking tools, records, or reporting for security or travel operations
  • Ability to work onsite at the Hermitage, TN office as part of the Deloitte Security Operations Command Center
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience in emergency management or corporate security
  • Experience managing travel approvals, security reviews, risk-based processes, or traveler safety operations
  • Experience with an international travel tool, travel risk management platform, or security approval workflow
  • Experience supporting travel to high-risk, restricted, or cyber-restricted destinations
  • Experience developing traveler communications, security advisories, operating procedures, or internal security resources
