Trade Show Managers are professionals responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing trade shows, exhibitions, and conventions for businesses or organizations. A Trade Show Manager works closely with both marketing and sales teams to align event strategies with organizational goals. They coordinate logistics, messaging, and booth design with marketing, while also ensuring sales teams are prepared with materials and lead-capturing tools. Regular meetings and check-ins are common to synchronize efforts, address challenges, and maximize the event's impact. This collaboration helps drive brand visibility and generate high-quality leads during trade shows.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a trade show manager, and why are they important?
