Responsibilities:
• 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce QA / Automation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and architecture
• Hands on testing experience with: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets)
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks
• Experience with: Tricentis TOSCA/ Provar / Selenium / Cypress
• API testing tools
• Knowledge of STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
