About the Position:

Tito's Handmade Vodka is seeking a Supplier Quality Coordinator to be responsible for leading, coordinating, and supporting packaging-based projects in the bottling facility. This position requires attention to detail, organization skills and collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to support consistent product quality. Tito's Handmade Vodka is seeking a Supplier Quality Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating supplier quality activities with Procurement and the Quality department.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, takes pride in closing the loop, and knows how to navigate a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. Full-time, on-site position, Overtime offered.

Core Responsibilities:

Facilitate and track packaging trials on the bottling lines.

Understand packaging and technical specifications for each raw material.

Understand the supplier's name, location, and products manufactured for each raw material.

Understand, at an entry level, the performance of bottle equipment for packaging materials.

Coordinate delivery of materials and run schedules to meet project timelines.

Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams on projects.

Serve as the first point of contact for the Purchasing department for any quality issues affecting bottling line performance.

Participate in project meetings and provide updates on trial timeline and material status.

Understand the resolution of the packaging supplier's Root Cause and Corrective Actions.

Create and maintain detailed records, logs, and documentation.

Prepare various reports and correspondence regularly.

Facilitate onsite supplier visits for Quality and Procurement.

Maintain a positive supplier partnership.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Assists as a liaison between suppliers and finance in the disposition of non-conforming material.

Identify process improvements in material qualification processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Support initiatives aimed at improving supplier quality and reducing defects.

Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, Engineering, Packaging Science or related field or equivalent experience

Experienced in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing, project management, material handling and/or quality assurance.

Highly recommended, but not required, Purchasing and supplier relations experience.

Self-Starter and Critical thinker with the ability to communicate clearly and work effectively across departments.

Ability to solve problems and exercise judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

Can explain difficult or sensitive information and transfer knowledge to others
