Director of Information Technology (IT) 

Location: Washington County, Pennsylvania 

Salary: $90,000 annually 


Position Summary 

We Guide, You Grow LLC is recruiting an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Information Technology (IT) to lead and support the hiring organization's technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and day-to-day IT operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing a team of 14 direct reports while driving innovation, improving efficiency, and ensuring the organization's technology supports long-term business goals. 

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who stays current with emerging technologies, is passionate about leveraging AI to improve business operations, and has experience managing enterprise IT environments. 


Responsibilities 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 14 IT professionals. 
  • Oversee all aspects of the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and security. 
  • Develop and execute strategic technology initiatives that align with business objectives. 
  • Manage IT budgets, vendors, software licensing, and technology investments. 
  • Ensure system reliability, business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices. 
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize emerging technologies that improve productivity and operational efficiency. 
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify technology solutions that support organizational growth. 
  • Oversee cloud-based infrastructure and Microsoft technologies. 
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across all departments. 


Qualifications 

  • Five (5) or more years of progressive IT leadership experience required. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not required. 
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing technical teams. 
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and systems administration. 
  • Experience managing Microsoft-based environments and modern workplace technologies. 


Required Technical Skills 

Candidates should have experience with: 

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and business applications 
  • Microsoft Copilot 
  • Microsoft Azure 
  • Microsoft Server environments 
  • Enterprise networking and cybersecurity 
  • Cloud infrastructure and administration 
  • Microsoft 365 technologies

Location Requirement
