Manager, IT Delivery & Business Operations Location: Conover, NC (On-Site - 5 Days per Week) Department: Information Technology Reports To: CTO About the Opportunity Symbiotic Services is seeking a Manager, IT Delivery & Business Operations to lead the planning, coordination, governance, and successful execution of enterprise technology initiatives. This role partners closely with IT leadership and business stakeholders to ensure projects are prioritized, communicated effectively, and delivered on time while aligning technology efforts with business objectives. Key Responsibilities IT Project Delivery Manage the IT project portfolio utilizing Asana.

Lead project planning, prioritization, and execution. Coordinate work across software development and infrastructure teams. Identify and remove project roadblocks.

Ensure initiatives remain aligned with business priorities and delivery timelines. Provide executive-level project status reporting. Business Partnership Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT.

Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Build strong partnerships across operations, customer service, finance, and executive leadership.

Governance & Process Improvement Lead IT governance processes. Facilitate monthly project review meetings. Improve project intake and prioritization processes.

Standardize project documentation and operating procedures. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives. Operational Leadership Coordinate project activities across technical teams.

Monitor project health, resource utilization, and delivery metrics. Promote proactive communication and organizational transparency. Help establish reporting and operational performance metrics.

Qualifications 7+ years of Information Technology experience. 3+ years leading technology projects or delivery teams. Experience supporting a manufacturing organization.

Strong understanding of manufacturing business operations. Ability to translate technical concepts into business language. Experience working with executive leadership.

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
