  • Manage cross-functional workflows between Tech and business.
  • Build and maintain systems, templates, and playbooks that increase team velocity and reduce friction.

Executive Support & Leadership Partnership

  • Act as a strategic thought partner, supporting leadership, creating alignment and managing priorities across a fast-moving environment.
  • Manage everyday Tech operations, including office, routines, calendar, travel, important meetings and events with the CTO.

Process, Systems & Efficiency

  • Create and optimize reporting cadences, budget trackers, and resource allocation processes.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively design solutions before they become problems.

Stakeholder & Event Management

  • Coordinate high-visibility events, offsites, conferences, and leadership meetings.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams and third parties.

Special Projects & Org Build

  • Support the stand-up of new executive functions by managing hiring logistics, onboarding, and team integration.
  • Take on high-impact special projects as needed by the CTO.

๏ปฟWhat Success Looks Like:

  • The CTO and technology leadership team feel 10x more effective and focused on strategy.
  • Projects and initiatives you lead are executed according to plan.
  • Technology operations run with clear processes, visibility, and predictability.
  • Complex initiatives launch on time with minimal last-minute scrambling.
  • You become the โ€œglueโ€ that holds the global, scaling technology organization together.

What You 'll Bring:

  • 7+ years as an Operations manager, Chief of Staff, or Operations Partner supporting C-level or VP-level leaders (fintech, tech, or high-growth startup experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with modern tools (AI tools, Google Workspace, Project management tools, Slack, Jira and more).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills and systems-thinking mindset.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Experience in working in global organizations
  • Program management background in technology organizations is an advantage
  • A builderโ€™s mentality, you love creating order from chaos and scaling teams.

The Perks:

  • Join one of LAโ€™s fastest growing startups (2023), A Most Loved Workplace, #576 on the 2023 Inc 5000 list, and Forbes Fintech 50 (2024)
  • Mission driven + empowered + collaborative
  • Competitive pay and stock options
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Health Insurance options including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, EAP, FSA, & Parental Leave
  • Newly added HSA and Pet Insurance
  • 401K Plan with Matching

  • Casual Dress
  • Team based strategic planning + Team owned deliverables

How We Pay:

  • We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership.
  • We are targeting a salary of $180,000-$200,000 per year for this role
