ERP Project Manager
(Manufacturing Systems)

Location based onsite in either Pine Bluff or Little Rock. Candidates located in Little Rock will be required to travel to Pine Bluff at least once per week. There is a separate travel component.

About the Role

Central Moloney is hiring an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) at our large-scale manufacturing facility. This is a high-visibility role for a seasoned project manager who knows how to bring structure to complex, cross-functional initiatives - someone who can manage timelines and scope, hold vendors accountable, and keep engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT moving in the same direction. You'll own the project from planning through go-live and stabilization, building the governance, reporting, and risk management processes that keep a major systems implementation on track.

This role is based onsite in either Pine Bluff or Little Rock, AR; candidates based in Little Rock will travel to Pine Bluff at least once per week, with additional travel as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

  • Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
  • Ensure alignment and communication across all stakeholders

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
  • Develop mitigation and contingency plans
  • Escalate critical risks and decisions as needed

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with third-party implementation partners
  • Track partner deliverables and hold vendors accountable to timelines and quality standards
  • Coordinate internal and external resources

Governance & Reporting

  • Establish project governance structures, including steering committees and escalation paths
  • Provide regular status reporting to leadership, including progress, risks, and key decisions
  • Ensure documentation of project activities and decisions

Cutover & Go-Live Coordination

  • Develop and execute cutover and go-live plans
  • Coordinate readiness activities across business and IT teams
  • Support stabilization efforts post go-live

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of project management experience, including ERP implementations
  • Experience managing projects in manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) implementations
  • Experience in engineer-to-order (ETO) manufacturing environments
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-site ERP deployments

Work Environment & Expectations
