Carrus Health has been providing patients with the finest healthcare facilities across different locations in Texas and Oklahoma. Carrus' medical professionals and management team have decades of combined experience in developing and managing long-term acute care hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, Hospice care, and even nursing homes. Carrus is committed to delivering high-quality personalized healthcare to each of our patients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, grounds, and related fixed and portable equipment, minor construction, and equipment installation.
Provides assistance to IT and safety departments of the hospital.
Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes.
Performs other job duties as needed and/or as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equivalent is preferred.
Four years of hospital maintenance experience is preferred.
Two years of hospital plant operations experience is preferred.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS:
De-escalation training is required within 30 days of hire.
