Lead Enterprise Information Technology Operations Architect

Company:

The Boeing Company's Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) is currently seeking a Lead Enterprise Information Technology Operations Architect to join the Enterprise IT Operations (EITO) Strategy & Integration team in Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Plano, TX, Berkeley, MO; or North Charleston, SC.

This selected candidate will lead the architecture and integration to support critical Enterprise IT Operations, including establishing the EITO Architecture Review Board, driving tool integration across the EITO ecosystem, supporting architecture efforts needed to transition to an integrated IT Service Management and IT Operations Management ecosystem. This candidate will need to be adapt at working with product teams and service consumers to develop an integrated strategy and technical roadmap and then translate that into clear, executive level communications.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Designing the EITO architecture necessary to facilitate enterprise IT critical operations

  • Stand up and lead the EITO Architecture Review Board

  • Lead IT Service Management and IT Operations Management technology tool integration across the EITO ecosystem to ensure

  • Lead architecture efforts needed to transition to a single unified Service Now instance

  • Drive AI solutions across our technology and tools

  • Spearhead Digital Product Release across IT Service Management

  • Drive strategic architecture to enable enterprise Artificial Intelligence Operations (AIOps)

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience in at least one ServiceNow implementation program supporting Information Technology Service Manager & Information Technology Operations Management (ITSM & ITOM)

  • 10+ years of experience with Information Technology architecture including IT Operations Management, IT Service Management, AIOps, Automation solutions

  • 10+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform

  • 10+ years of experience working across organizations and interfacing with key stakeholders, including senior leaders

  • 10+ years of experience communicating with technical experts and explaining difficult technical concepts to non-technical business users

  • 1+ years of experience in designing, developing & optimizing AI/ML solutions, data science workflows, and analytics methodologies

  • Willing to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or related field

  • Experience architecting AI solutions - can identify practical AI use cases, evaluate fit-for-purpose solutions, and govern responsible adoption across tools and processes

  • Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with senior executive leadership
