This role oversees program financials, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications while fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence. The position requires strong program management expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to influence across teams. By driving continuous improvement and aligning technology initiatives with business priorities, the manager supports organizational goals and promotes a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance within the technology operations function.

Our team manages the Post Purchase Seller Fulfilled Solutions (SFS) experience for Walmart Marketplace, focusing on seamless, cost-effective, and reliable seller-fulfilled logistics. We oversee activities such as shipping, order delivery, performance monitoring, feedback collection, and returns management. Committed to delivering a best-in-class customer experience, we aim to establish Walmart as the preferred marketplace for sellers who fulfill orders independently. Our innovative platform and services set the industry standard in e-delivery, driving operational excellence and fostering strong stakeholder collaboration to support Walmart’s strategic goals.
What you'll do:
  • Define and manage multiple medium to high-complexity technology projects within a program, aligning deliverables with strategic objectives.
  • Develop accountability matrices, assign responsibilities, and establish milestones for program modules.
  • Assess resource requirements, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
  • Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, leading cross-functional meetings to address issues and maintain program health.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven recommendations and fostering consensus.
  • Oversee technology-related process updates and support continuous improvement initiatives.
