This well-established group of three MDs and three APPs (with more support incoming) is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join their high-volume practice in a turnkey position. With a balanced schedule, minimal inpatient responsibilities, and access to the latest technologies-including Da Vinci robotics, UroNav fusion biopsy, and Aquablation-you'll have the tools and autonomy to build the kind of practice you want. A brand-new state-of-the-art surgery center opening in Fall 2024 further enhances procedural ease and efficiency. Whether you're interested in general urology or have subspecialty interests like female incontinence, this in-demand community is ready for you. 
 
Practice Highlights: 

  • Full patient panel ready-step into high volume from day one 
  • Balanced schedule: 2.5-3 clinic days, 2 procedure days weekly 
  • Dedicated block OR time with minimal call (5-7 days/month) 
  • Da Vinci robotics, UroNav fusion biopsy, Aquablation available 
  • Shared call only consultative-hospitalists manage admissions 
  • Strong case mix: ureteroscopy, TURBT, cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, vasectomy 
  • Newly opened, state-of-the-art surgery center (Fall 2024) 
  • ~220-240 weekly patient volume across the group 
  • Team-based practice with 3 MDs and 3 APPs
