Case Manager Supervisor (Shelter & Housing Services)
Brooklyn, NY

We are seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to oversee a team providing services within a shelter setting in Brooklyn. This role is ideal for someone with experience supervising case management staff, supporting housing placement efforts, and working directly with vulnerable populations.
This position offers the opportunity to lead a mission-driven team while helping clients move toward stability, housing, and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of Case Managers and a Housing Specialist
  • Review case notes, service plans, housing plans, and documentation
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and crisis support to staff
  • Monitor caseloads and ensure quality client services
  • Support housing placement efforts and track client progress
  • Conduct case audits and ensure compliance with DHS and program requirements
  • Assist with staff training, onboarding, and professional development
  • Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field required
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in case management
