Staff Experts, LLC is currently seeking to fill direct hire/permanent Store Manager/Supervisor positions. Uses past performance, market conditions and strategic planning to forecast supply and demand. Coordinates all activities including management, customer relations, and marketing to ensure efficiency and profitability. Oversee daily store and restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Set annual budgets and manage costs, while developing cost-saving strategies to increase profit. Devise systems, set policy, and implement changes to uphold quality standards. Provide training and leadership to staff, including team building and performance management. Recruit and hire new staff, create schedules, and track attendance. Investigate and resolve service complaints and enforce disciplinary actions as needed. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control. Prepare end-of-day financial reports and perform other duties as required.
