Job description

Job Summary:
Baywatch Resort & Beach Haus Resort are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Maintenance Associate to support the overall operation and appearance of the property. This role is essential in ensuring our guest experience remains seamless, well-maintained, and safe during evening hours.
In addition to general maintenance responsibilities, this position will assist with staff transportation between properties, making reliability and professionalism key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks across guest rooms, common areas, and exterior grounds
  • Respond to guest service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and complete minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment
  • Conduct evening property checks to ensure safety and presentation standards are met
  • Assist with preventative maintenance projects as assigned
  • Transport staff as needed
  • Report any major maintenance concerns or safety issues to management
  • Support other departments as needed to ensure a high-quality guest experience
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for staff transportation)
  • Prior maintenance or general repair experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently during evening hours
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
