Job description

North Reading Subaru is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our growing team. We are a family-owned dealership with a strong reputation for customer service, employee development, and community involvement. 

As a Parts Advisor, you will work closely with our service technicians, advisors, and retail customers to identify, source, and sell automotive parts and accessories. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist technicians and customers with parts identification and ordering
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stocking levels
  • Receive and process parts shipments
  • Manage special orders and follow up with customers
  • Keep the parts department organized and efficient
  • Work with the service department to ensure timely repair completion
  • Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone

Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive parts experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
