This position will play a key role in negotiating and closing project financings while partnering closely with leadership, lenders, and investors. Title: Sr. Manager, Project Finance

Compensation: $130K–$160K base + bonus

Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid)

Position Overview

This is a senior, deal-facing role responsible for leading project finance transactions from structuring through execution, while partnering closely with internal leadership and external capital providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project finance transactions from origination through close
  • Structure and negotiate financing agreements with tax equity and debt partners
  • Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and strategic partners
