Lead Food Safety & Quality ExcellenceWe're seeking an experienced Food Safety Manager to join a growing food manufacturing company in Colorado Springs, CO. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing food safety programs, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume production facility.

What You'll DoFood Safety & Regulatory Compliance

  • Lead and maintain food safety and quality programs throughout the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, SQF, GMP, and customer requirements.
  • Support regulatory inspections, customer audits, and certification activities.
  • Promote food safety best practices across all departments.

Quality Systems Management

Manage and improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS).

Monitor quality metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.

Oversee CAPA programs, traceability, validations, and complaint investigations.

Ensure documentation remains accurate and audit-ready.
