Position Overview:

We are seeking a Global Workplace Experience Performance Analyst to support the Workplace Experience and Performance teams with optimization of performance and reporting for Food Services, AV Support Services, and Workplace Experience across all regions, with a focus on driving strategic business value through data-driven insights, commercial optimization, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, track, and report monthly operating metrics and KPIs for global workplace experience services including Food Services, AV, and FM Workplace Experience
  • Support benchmarking and pricing strategies for Food & Beverage programs (to include catering, beverage & snack programs, cafes, and third-party programs); partner with sourcing to identify pricing improvements
  • Present complex performance metrics and insights to senior leadership through compelling data storytelling
  • Drive performance excellence across the organization, ensuring service delivery teams meet business-critical requirements and performance standards
  • Own development of governance presentations and other client engagements; consolidating relevant information and materials from disparate sources
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety, food safety, and operational regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for stakeholders
  • Support data-driven decision making through accurate and timely analysis to include cost variances, labor productivity modeling, and PL performance to identify optimization opportunities
  • Support team in conducting root cause analysis for performance failures and track corrective action implementation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field
  • Working knowledge of F&B financial principles, including COGs, labor management, and contribution margins
  • 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar role
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations or hospitality services
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and indicators preferred
  • Understanding of food service KPIs including financial performance, participation rates, and compliance metrics
  • Experience working in a global, multi-regional environment

Estimated compensation for this position:

80,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
