Description

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized Graphic  Designer to join the TMRW Sports Creative team. Reporting to the Art Director, this person will play an essential role in creating and maintaining the brand standards for TMRW Sports, TGL presented by SoFi, WTGL and our upcoming Flag Football league in partnership with the NFL. This role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and other Creative team members within a fast-paced, collaborative, transparent and collegial environment. 


This role spans traditional and digital promotion, social media assets, collateral, logo design, internal and external communications, motion design, and merchandise in support of our rapidly growing organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the evolution of TMRW Sports and its related brands, including TGL presented by SoFi and WTGL
  • Translate marketing needs into innovative, highly dynamic, digital solutions
  • Ideate and develop content for various media & executions: motion graphics, interactive screens and digital signage, live show visuals, brand installations, merchandise, social media & user experiences
  • Work directly with internal Digital & Social teams to bring ideas to life and meaningful and engaging ways that align with current trends & brands
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare & deliver sales decks, pitches & mockups that are on brand and engaging
  • Contribute to high-level strategic planning around creative and brand projects, bringing fresh and forward-thinking approach to creative direction and content for campaigns, creative executions, and overall company/brand goals
  • Manage projects from concept to completion
  • Ensure that all work meets a high level of creativity, innovation, and brand association
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of print or digital design experience in a fast-paced professional creative production environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and proven track record of working cross functionally with other internal teams  
  • Intermediate knowledge and passion for sports 
  • Understanding of current Social & Digital Media technologies and trends 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, industry tools, technologies and techniques 
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and other presentation software
  • Strong critical thinking, active listening and communication skills
  • Ability to approach work with a "no job is too small" attitude, always willing to pitch in, learn and grow your imagination
  • Available during and ahead of competition hours, which may include evenings and weekends
  • Team player who thrives on the thrill of scaling a company and enjoys being part of a collaborative team while having fun along the way!

Preferred:

  • Video, editing, 3d, motion graphics and photography skills
  • Experience working in a start-up environment
