Listed within this posting is the anticipated salary range for this position, plus variable incentive compensation. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary and will be dependent on several factors that include, but are not limited to, your business experience, education, and individual capacity. THE OPPORTUNITY:
Harford Mutual is looking for a Special Investigative Unit Intern to support the SIU team during this coming summer. This position is for individuals currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing career opportunities in Criminal Justice or related field.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Conduct data mining and fraud related analysis using predictive models, internal reports, databases and available information
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports based on investigative findings
  • Assist in planning, development and design of SIU reporting, work product and documentation
  • Work with all departments for opportunities to assist with analytics, records review, social media, and database searches

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Must be a full-time undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice, or related field
