ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I've been with State Farm for over 10 years, and my agency is built around service, professionalism, and genuine relationships. Family is incredibly important to me, and outside of work I enjoy spending time with my 11-year-old son, whether we're riding bikes, visiting theme parks, or relaxing at the beach in Boca Raton.
Giving back is a big part of who I am. I serve on the Board of the Boca Raton YMCA, chair the Baila Conmigo fundraising event, and stay active with the Downtown Boca Raton Rotary Club, the Boca Chamber of Commerce, and the Women's Executive Club of South Palm Beach. That same community spirit carries into our office every day.
Our agency has a friendly, high-energy, and collaborative culture where teamwork and positivity are priorities. We offer competitive pay, bonuses and commissions, professional development, flexible scheduling, a 401(k), group life insurance, PTO, sick leave, and opportunities for growth.
We're looking for someone who is positive, adaptable, motivated, and passionate about helping others. If you're customer-focused, team-oriented, and ready to grow in a supportive environment, we'd love to meet you.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Fernanda Macedo - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
We look forward to connecting with you if you are the ideal customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
