If you are an experienced solar sales professional with a passion for being in the field every day, this is your opportunity toย ride alongsideย our current sales reps,ย train and mentor, andย close your own leads. This isnโ€™t just a job, itโ€™s aย path to leadershipย withย a high income potential (uncapped), working withย a consistent stream of strong solar leadsย and an established sales team.
Offering a strong base salary of $65Kโ€“$80K, then elevate your earnings with uncapped commissions and team overrides, realistic take-home of $200Kโ€“$300K+ with no cap on your potential!

Responsibilities:

  • Daily ride-alongsย with sales reps to train, develop, and sharpen their skills.
  • Mentor and coachย the existing team to improve performance and close rates.
  • Close your own leadsย to drive personal and team success.
  • Collaborate with the Solar Sales Manager toย expand the sales team.
  • Implement best practices to optimize lead-to-close efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance andย provide constructive feedbackย to push growth.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through every step of the process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of in-person solar sales experience.
  • At least oneย (1)ย yearย of solar sales management experience.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Must be comfortable climbing ladders and going on roofs.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the solar industry, including products, services, and market trends.
  • Experience with roofing and other home improvement products is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
