This exciting dual-property leadership opportunity supports both the Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis East and The Fontana Hotel. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while effectively balancing operational responsibilities between both properties. Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills are essential for success in this role.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, builds strong teams, and creates a positive culture for both guests and associates. Marriott brand experience is preferred but not required.

The Dual Front Desk Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Front Office at 2 properties. This individual must perform in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative, executive, or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.

* Newly renovated Guest Room featuring new furniture, new double pillow top mattresses and bedding, 37 Flat Panel TV's with High-Def * At Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis East, we are an award winning hotel which is conveniently located 7 minutes east of Downtown Indianapolis via I-70. The hotel has close proximity to the Indianapolis Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, NCAA Hall of Champions, Conseco Fieldhouse, Indiana State Fairgrounds, Indianapolis Museum of Art (IMA), Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Broad Ripple and Bulter University. We pride ourselves on value and service with room service, free breakfast, a heated indoor pool/whirlpool, fitness center and business library. Additionally, being included in a multi-hotel complex allows us to offer guests access to our full service Marriott, which features newly renovated indoor pool, expanded fitness center and restaurant, which are all on the same campus.
