Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Partner with managers and leadership on employee coaching, conflict resolution, and performance discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and workers' compensation.
  • Maintain HRIS data, personnel records, policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Support compensation planning, annual reviews, employee training, and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications for the HR Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting multistate HR operations and employment law compliance.
  • Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
