Showing Agent Opportunity

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a successful career with a top-producing real estate team while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with buyers, staying active throughout the day, showing homes, hosting open houses, and creating meaningful client relationships through consistent interaction.

You will spend your time touring properties with buyers, hosting open houses, introducing clients to different neighborhoods, and helping them evaluate homes that match their goals. Every appointment is an opportunity to strengthen your communication skills, build confidence, and gain practical experience in the field while learning what it takes to deliver an outstanding client experience.

As you continue growing, you will gain hands-on exposure to prospecting, buyer consultations, lead management, follow-up, contracts, negotiations, and the complete transaction process from the initial conversation through closing. Working alongside experienced agents, you will develop proven habits, learn effective systems, and build the foundation needed to create consistent production and long-term business growth.

Compensation:

$150,000 at plan


Responsibilities:
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
  • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
  • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
  • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
  • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary

Qualifications:
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
