  • Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation, ensuring a smooth transaction process for all parties involved.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term connections.
  • Stay organized and manage your schedule efficiently to accommodate multiple showings and client meetings each day.

Qualifications:
  • Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel heard and understood.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with the Tacoma, WA real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly.
