As a showing agent with Moog Group, you'll have access to premier resources designed to maximize your success. Meeting certain production goals unlocks valuable perks such as health insurance, revenue sharing, and investment opportunities. This position operates on a commission-based structure.
Responsibilities
  • Connect with persons interested in buying real estate in central Ohio
  • Follow the PLACE model to generate new leads
  • Utilize Brivity CRM to track activities and clients
  • Schedule tours and show homes to buyers
  • Submit purchase offers on behalf of buyers; negotiate terms and remedies
  • Conduct 2 open houses each month
Qualifications
If you are a self-motivated sales professional, then the Showing Agent position may be a terrific match for you.
