Description
We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We're looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.
GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer.

Responsibilities
• Show homes to clients using best practices as defined by Dan Chin Homes
• Keep the Buyer Specialist/Lead Agent informed on client communications and developments
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Refine the buyer's criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
Qualifications
• Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend to get a real estate license
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• High school diploma
