Summary
Join The Kren Group as a Showing Agent in Miami
The Kren Group, located at 11440 N Kendall Dr, Miami, is looking for an enthusiastic, personable Showing Agent to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you'll work directly with clients, present a variety of properties, and help prospective buyers discover the right home.

Please note: This is a commission-based position.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide detailed information about properties, including features, benefits, and neighborhood amenities
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients and other real estate agents
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends and property listings
  • Assist clients with questions and concerns throughout the showing process to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with The Kren Group team to support marketing and sales efforts
  • Ensure all property showings comply with company policies and safety guidelines
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a showing agent or in a similar real estate role
  • In-depth knowledge of the Miami real estate market and local neighborhoods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple property showings and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
