Located at 11440 N Kendall Dr, Miami, The Kren Group is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Showing Agent to become an integral part of our dynamic real estate team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to engage directly with clients, showcasing a diverse selection of properties and helping buyers find their perfect home. If you have a strong passion for real estate and a talent for providing exceptional customer service, this position is an ideal fit. Become part of a fast-paced, energetic team where your commitment plays a key role in enhancing client experiences and propelling our business forward. Please be aware, this is a commission-based role.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide detailed information about properties, including features, benefits, and neighborhood amenities
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients and other real estate agents
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends and property listings
  • Assist clients with questions and concerns throughout the showing process to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with The Kren Group team to support marketing and sales efforts
  • Ensure all property showings comply with company policies and safety guidelines
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a showing agent or in a similar real estate role
  • In-depth knowledge of the Miami real estate market and local neighborhoods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple property showings and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Proficiency with real estate software and mobile apps for scheduling and client management
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications are a plus
