Responsibilities
  • Conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide detailed information about properties, including features, benefits, and neighborhood amenities
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients and other real estate agents
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends and property listings
  • Assist clients with questions and concerns throughout the showing process to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with The Kren Group team to support marketing and sales efforts
  • Ensure all property showings comply with company policies and safety guidelines
Qualifications
