  • Lead delivery using SAP Activate project management methodology across Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases

  • Partner with client executives and stakeholders to define project charters, roadmaps, and success criteria, and to manage expectations throughout delivery
  • Build and manage integrated project plans, resource plans, and RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) logs across cross-functional teams
  • Lead steering committee meetings and prepare executive-level status updates, financial tracking, and change requests
  • Manage vendor, subcontractor, and offshore/onshore delivery team coordination as needed
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with client compliance, security, and process standards, including applicable federal requirements
  • Mentor project team members and junior project managers on SAP delivery best practices
  • Manage scope and budget of the project, proactively identifying and addressing variances
  • Work directly with the client and project team to manage scope, schedule, and budget throughout the engagement
Qualifications Required
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen

  • 15+ years of overall SAP experience
  • 10+ years of SAP Project Management experience
  • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations served as Project Manager (design through go-live/support)
  • Proficient with SAP Activate Project Management methodology
  • Hands-on project management experience with SAP S/4HANA to S/4HANA upgrade projects
  • Proficient with SAP Solution Manager for managing SAP projects and landscapes
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Preferred
