You'll be part of a collaborative team of Producers and Insurance Customer Service professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and building meaningful, long-term relationships.

As an Account Manager, you'll drive retention and growth by managing a diverse book of business while developing a deep understanding of your clients' needs and working closely with carrier representatives to negotiate coverage, strengthen partnerships, and ensure every client receives the best possible solution.

We are always looking to connect with experienced and licensed Account Managers whose background is in Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, or Employee Benefits.


Distinguishing Characteristics:

  • Active Texas General Lines P&C license (or L&H for Employee Benefits)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an account manager role at an independent agency
  • Experience with insurance systems such as Applied Epic preferred

Based on line of business:

  • Commercial Lines: CIC, or similar industry designations
  • Personal Lines: Familiarity with high-net-worth carriers and coverages
  • Employee Benefits: Exposure to self-funded or complex group health plans
