Ghost Robotics is the industry leader in legged robotic systems that help customers solve complex operational, national security, and technical challenges to save lives, reduce harm, and improve outcomes.


This position will be part of a dynamic team supporting the lifecycle of Ghost Robotics products. We are looking for candidates with a passion for solving hardware and technical challenges and delivering exceptional support. You will be responsible for both on-site and remote technical support, collaborating closely with customers to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.

  • You are a technical lead / expert within the Global Business Development team.
  • You provide product demonstrations to customers thus shaping sales and product sell-in.
  • You provide product training to customers thus converting sales and product sell through.
  • You provide aftersales support to customers thus supporting customer satisfaction and retention.
  • You support global trade marketing events to include brand and partner events / activities.
  • You support customer field training exercises and provide technical advice to enable end-users.
  • You support 3rd party integration (i.e., payload – communication) projects that are customer initiated.
  • You support ‘Sales & Distribution’ partners with training and when applicable integration support.
  • You support the Executive Team by providing reports / deliverables upon request.
  • You coordinate the deployment of resources (i.e., Payload Deployment Kit) in support of customer engagements.
  • You perform additional duties as assigned, supporting the organization's growth and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:

Minimum Work Experience

  • You have 2-5 years’ experience at an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of UGV or UAS platforms.
  • You are analytical and proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions.
  • You have excellent time management skills and are able to prioritize multiple and often competing priorities.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are able to simplify complexity for customers.
  • You have a working knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite and associated applications.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field required; an Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
