Job description

A robotics company is expanding its U.S. engineering presence and looking to bring on an Engineer / Technical Lead to own complex mobile manipulator and collaborative robot systems in the field. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on engineering, customer support, and product influence, with a direct line into leadership and the global engineering team. The environment is fast-moving and high-impact - you'd be the senior technical voice in the U.S., supporting deployments, troubleshooting real customer issues, contributing to roadmap decisions, and helping shape how these systems succeed in the market. The company is well-funded and backed by one of the world's most respected global technology conglomerates, but still operates with the agility of an early-stage U.S. team.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
• Preferred majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics Engineering
Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site technical support for deployed robotic systems at customer locations
• Assist sales team with technical consulting and pre-sales support
• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
• Collaborate with system integration partners on design, setup, and inspection
• Conduct inventory inspections and manage product inbound/outbound logistics
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
• Identify and report technical risks and improvement opportunities to HQ
• Maintain service history and documentation
• Support company exhibitions and trade shows with technical expertise
