Now Hiring: Unit Manager RN Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care.

  • Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.

  • Responsible for surveillance, rounding, analyzing, interpreting, and the reporting of healthcare-associated infections.

  • Support the development and implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration.

  • Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing staff is required

  • Prior experience managing ventilator patients is required

  • Ability to work independently or part of a group.

  • Computer knowledge.

  • Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.

License:

  • Must have an Active RN Registered Nurse license.
