Perform rigging operations to support safe and efficient lifting and positioning of equipment and materials. Duties include operating rigging equipment, spotting for crane and equipment movements, and ensuring proper load handling according to safety standards. The role also involves assembling, disassembling, and securing rigging gear, as well as performing general mechanical tasks such as turning wrenches to assist with installation, maintenance, and adjustments as needed. Work closely with operators and crew members to maintain clear communication and job site safety.
